If eyes are the windows to our souls, we want those windows to have nice curtains. Oftentimes, eyelashes are a source of beauty frustration. We don’t all have long, thick, and lush lashes. But in most cases, we all want them. If you have short, thin, or unimpressive eyelashes, there are several options. Some are better than others. If you are brave enough for eyelash extensions, you may try that option. There are also various prescriptions available. Personally, I aim for a more natural approach to eyelash beauty improvements and growth. This great article (linked below) discusses some options for how to stimulate eyelash growth naturally.
Easy does it. One good thing by Jillee recommends a gentle approach to everything concerning your eyelashes, especially mascara removal. They recommend avoiding harsh, drying, waterproof mascaras. They even suggest the bold move of wearing no eye make up at all and giving those poor lashes a break.
Vaseline shut-eye. Add a bit of petroleum jelly before bed using a completely clean mascara brush or wand. Keep it on all night and wash off in the morning. Do this three times per week. You can use petroleum or non-petroleum jelly.
Tea for your eyes. You can use green tea to stimulate the growth in your eyelashes. Green tea contains a special ingredient called flavonoids that will clean up the follicles. Just dab your eyelashes with a tissue or cotton ball that has been submerged in green tea.
These have been just a few natural tips for stimulating eyelash growth. Read on for more details and ideas.
