Safety Tips for Exercising in Warm Weather

If you’re going to workout under the hot scorching sun, you have to be careful not to get dehydrated or experience heat stroke. These are common among people who exercise in warm weather.

To avoid anything bad to happen while you exercise, you must have sufficient water to keep yourself from being dehydrated. It’s also important to wear light clothing. See to it that you apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going out. Your sunscreen should have an SPF of at least 30 to give you maximum protection.
