Ginger and Cherries Provide Pain Relief

Ginger has long been used since ancient times in India for pain relief. Up to now, it’s still widely recognized as effective treatment for body aches and pains. It works by reducing prostaglandin levels in the body, and at the same time by toning down inflammation.

Cherries, meanwhile, have been found to be significantly more potent than aspirin in fighting pain. Extract two tablespoons of juice of fresh cherries, and drink this to get immediate pain relief.

Pain can be relieved by other remedies too, such as celery and celery seeds, turmeric, flax seeds and flax oil, raw walnuts and walnut oil.
